This has been so blown out of proportions, it's a complete farce, a joke. There are like 10 news and updates regarding this incident in the local
media here in Finland, every day since the initial spotting.
The theories are (among others):
An exploded Russian nuclear sub.
Russian mini subs.
Diver in "special" gear..
...and the answer is..(just in btw).. a Russian "messaging-buoy"..viestipoiju in finnish (don't know the exact word in english).
