I can actually sort of see that.

Most Mars images remind me of those magic eye images from the 90's.

Point is, there's a thing called pareidolia (Google it), and we see what we want to see, even in the most mundane things like rock formations or cloud patterns.

There are no ancient rock engravings on Mars, at least none that we have yet seen.
