When he visited Ebola patients in Africa, he wore full PPE, but only recommends partial PPE to everyone else in the US.

My bet is he wont be taking the bus.

I hate to say it. But he is part of this current administration. You know? The current admin that ran on transparency and has lied and covered up every scandal it has committed since it was elected?

It sure seems like it...Where do they find these people.

I know someone who speaks like this, and he's had a stroke. It's called confabulation. They will use direction of space & time incorrectly, and have no clue that they're doing it. They will say "to" instead of "from" and "before" instead of "after". This individual's IQ used to be fairly high, and may not actually be affected all too much, however they obviously show signs of idiocy in their speech patterns and ability to organize their thoughts to formulate anything but very short ranged plans of operation.

I've known someone else who spoke like this, but she was a combination of drug-addict, and pathological liar.

Basically I'm saying this is either intentional, and the pathology of lying has turned into hubris, else there is real brain-damage going on.

At any rate, this individual should not be in a position of authority, and is not competent to be a leader of any sort.

I remember just after he was elected and we were told how he was only going to surround himself with the best and the very brightest and we were going to get to finally experience what it was like to be governed by only the very smartest and most capable experts the world had EVER seen.

I have to say that I'm not so impressed.

The CDC has been nothing but a lie machine since they brought the first patients to Atlanta.

I posted this elsewhere but I'm going to keep saying it...

The biggest thing I can't seem to wrap my head around (okay...one of the biggest things) is how, when they were bringing in the original two patients to Atlanta, everyone (MSM, CDC, and so on) made such a big deal of the negative pressure suits with air supplies and all the precautions they would be taking with this BSL4 virus. When it was convenient. To reassure Americans.

Then, when the first case walks in, they give the healthcare workers a worthless shield, gloves, and a gown, and not even booties? With a patient in far more serious condition that the first two probably were. Seriously? Then tried to scapegoat the care workers then back pedaled on that. And then they claimed we're prepared?

And the big conference yesterday about them mobilizing fast? They already said that not to mention THAT IS THEIR SOLE MISSION TO BEGIN WITH.

That just boggles my mind. There is something very wrong with this. And now the fact they are now contradicting themselves about this second person's condition: Very critical. Not that bad. Going to Emory. Under control.

I guess lies are harder to keep straight than the truth.
