Because gotham can't be that retarded. the guards at the psyche ward start internal fires and open the doors for joker to get out. the others are executed because it had to look real for batman. they knew joker was harvey dent.

Yeah they said that about Michael Keaton playing Batman back in the 80's as he was a real comedian.

Affleck is 50/50 you also gotta think people are spoiled by christian bale and christopher nolan now!
