Actually no - You and he would be wrong.

You are using the talking points directly from Putin's spokesperson and there state controlled media.

If any of that tripe were true the Russian government would not be labeling mother groups who want to know how their kids died when they were ordered by putin to go to Ukraine as "foreign agents".

There would be no need to go down that road if Putin were telling the truth.

I was under the impression it did - for all nations with a nuclear weapons stockpile.

I was just curious as to whether they were counted as one whole unit, or each individual warhead was counted. That's all.
