US courts have declared Obama is a natural born US citizen....
Remember all the birther court cases,
Total Actions: 226
Birthers win: 0
Birthers lose: 220
Pending: 6

The issue is no one has seen a real copy of his birth certificate.
At every turn Obama's lawyers have gotten the lawsuits thrown out of court.
This should be a simple matter of Obama saying heres my birth certificate now go away, but hes has not.
Base upon the information that has been provided in the suit,
the Judge my find cause to ask Obama to show his birth certificate to end this inquiry.
everyone remember the one the Birth Certificate that the White House put out?
Well you should know that is a forgery and a poor one at that.
Now if he attempts to pass that off as his official birth certificate,
Larry Klayman is going to ask to have it authenticated.
And if this is done you will have a Federal Court OFFICIALLY saying that its a forgery.
The whole lawsuit

This is why we have no court suits involving any sealed adoption records revolving around any Obama adoptions in Hawaii.
Wrong again, how can there be a court involved in non existent adoption records from Hawaii??

The entire issue is a controlled opposition plan.
Rather than supporting Obama, most Democrats, 53 percent, say they will not be sending a message with their vote.
“Democrats are a bit less likely now (38 percent) than in 2010 (45 percent) to say they will be sending a message of support to Obama, while Republican opposition to the president is the same.”

When people do this kind of thing they make a mockery of the legal system. They know it isn't going anywhere, unless self delusional, so whats the point?

As a senator he voted 'present' 98 times. In his entire term of office as a senator he voted a total of 98 times. In other words, he voted neither for or against anything. All he did was say that he was there. That is some record.

Really? Trying to actually enforce the laws of the country is making a mockery of it? If the courts just throw anything like this out at least we will bring attention to this corruption. That's a good thing, sitting back and letting our freedoms be stripped from us one by one by an illegal alien isn't the way to go. A legal troll who defends our citizens from federal abuses of power, what a dick huh.

Could you source your claim of 98 "presents" with no actual votes? Because this is his official record and it disproves the statement you've made utterly.

At that time it was true, or at least the person who wrote the article believed it to be so.

One could say that BO is making a mockery of the legal system.
