You could be right.

Taking anything like this to "court" is futile.

1. The courts can't remove a President, only Congress can.

2. Even if they could, a Plaintiff needs to show cause and/or harm.

Showing cause/harm in a birth issue is usually not sufficient because no health or criminal issue exists.

However, Congress can investigate with possible cause/harm (and they "unofficially" are, through a private law firm).

One possible court "legal/illegal" issue would be the Obama birth certificates posted by the White House.

The fact that those are copies of copies etc could be considered illegal, even they are copies of "legal" originals.

This is why we have no court suits involving any sealed adoption records revolving around any Obama adoptions in Hawaii.

In his bid for the senate one of the things he listed as 'experience' was being a community organizer. That is not propaganda, it is fact. He had to say that because he had no experience of any kind. As a senator he voted 'present' 98 times. In his entire term of office as a senator he voted a total of 98 times. In other words, he voted neither for or against anything. All he did was say that he was there. That is some record.

As for what is wrong with being a liberal, the list is far too long to describe here. But lets try this: right now the US ranks third highest on the list of murder rates in the world. If you take the cities Chicago, Detroit, Washington DC, and New Orleans out of the equation, the US drops to fourth from the bottom of the list. The main thing those four cities have in common is they are all run by liberal democrats, and they toe the liberal line with the toughest gun laws in the country. Obviously the liberal anti-gun agenda is working very well....for the criminals...

Could you source your claim of 98 "presents" with no actual votes? Because this is his official record and it disproves the statement you've made utterly.

Disproves nothing. I looked for the article but could not find it. It was from when he was a senator and stated very simply that he had voted present 98 times. At that time it was true, or at least the person who wrote the article believed it to be so.
