I have a question for everyone.

Ive never seen the debate forum, but..... I just did. Why are all the threads locked?????? what is the forums' purpose?????????

The purpose for the debate forum is debate tournaments, which occur every couple of months.
The threads are locked because those debates have been completed.

That forum is for official ATS structured debate competitions. An announcement will be made by Kano when the next competition nears, at that time you can choose to enter. If you are selected you will be given a topic to debate with another member.
