Adam made his baby steps where Euphrates and Tigris have their sources. Caucasus. Or nearby anyway. Ask a Hasidim who Adam was and what he looked like. He would most likely tell you that Adam was the first white Homo Sapiens Sapiens. Until about 6000 years ago the only white folks around were Neanderthals. Homo Sapiens as such was and is black.
The Bible accounts for about 500 000 joining Moses, however, they used base-6 counting, so 10 means 6. 500 000 then becomes 300 000. And there's more, for they also seem to have counted ancestors, so let's say about 100 000 people with men and mice left Egypt during the annual flooding of the Nile which back then happened exactly during Passover, when accounting for axis mundi precession.
Look at how ISIL has driven hundreds of thousands of Christians into the deserts during the last couple of months. Numbers are really irrelevant. They had plenty of gold and they conquered as they progressed. Not land, but water and lifestock.
Not that hard. You just need an open mind and know the language and culture. The texts in modern Christian bibles tells us God created Heaven and Earth. The Hebrew text simply says 'TPTB created the Zodiac and the Land'. But that didn't fit in with Church agenda.

Y-chromosomal Adam lived in Africa, not southwest Asia.

That is still a VERY large group of people to have traveling throughout the desert. Especially in those days.

That is a poor example. Those Christians aren't organized together in one large group. Also they have modern amenities helping them with resources (like modern food preservation techniques). Or at times supply drops from 1st world countries such as the United States. I'm sure they also have access to vehicles such as cars and trucks to transport themselves around the desert a bit quicker.
Water and livestock? Where would they find it? Other nomad tribes? Oases? Nomad tribes weren't NEARLY as big as even your low estimate of 100,000 people. Not to mention 100,000 people would quickly deplete any oases that they came across (and probably not fulfill the water requirement for the entire population).

Yes but science is hard to overcome with stories. If your ancient stories and text conflict with the laws of physics, then they likely didn't happen (at least as described). Once you start to doubt the entirety of a story, it becomes harder to discern the truth from the fiction. Then the more scientific inaccuracies that you discover in a story, the difficulty of finding the truth rises exponentially. You posted a quote earlier in the thread that history is just a collection of lies that everyone agrees on. So why would you believe ancient texts over the laws of physics?
