I thought people might like to have easy access to an early warning map so that they could initiate safety protocols when Ebola is found in their area.

2014 Ebola Outbreak Map

Zooming out on the map in the link will show the whole world. Hopefully they keep it up to date. I do not see the Dallas case on the map yet.

Please feel free to post indicators of cases in new areas.

If somebody can show me how to embed this map I will edit the OP.
I will also take suggestions for other maps to be posted in the OP.

Healthmap is very useful. Not only Ebola, but you can see other hazards across the planet. For diseases I prefer this over RSOE, as they take a while to update.

I have looked around for an Ebola specific RSOE map. If you know of one I will add it to the OP.

Healthmap takes a long time in many cases.

So far for Ebola updates I use Google News and check the most recent posts. Anybody know a better source? Provided I can find articles minutes after they've been posted, still wondering what sources fellow ATS members use.

I think I'll cancel the holiday to Sierra Leone.
