Also you need to understand that the art of beheading is just not an Islamic tradition. British and American soldiers in Iraq beheaded people. The gurkas in WW2 beheaded people. The Japanese and Chinese did it in War times. And during the Crusades the Christians did it to the Muslims.

How are they created by the west? They may get weapons and whatnot from the west, but it isn't like we are teaching Islam and how to behead.
