DU poisons THEM more than US I don't know how they got around the NUKE treaties to use them EITHER. We had access to DU 25mm but we didn't need them Russian armor sucked from the cold war and hasn't much improved.

The DEpleted Uranium round defeats any known armor. THEY are expended URANIUM rods machined and placed into the tips of projectiles.
My question was how they got such an application passed the legal loopholes.
Tanks and Aircraft use them,When they hit they go through the vehicle and ANYTHING biological is vaporized.
It also leaves RADIOACTIVE material EVERYWHERE buy they REALLY don't like to admit that.
