OK. Here's the deal. The Feds consider MJ a controlled substance. If they (The Feds) don't prescribe it, then it can be a felony. If you were busted on a felony charge...then they can take your benefits AND pension away from you. Ask a lawyer, they'll tell you the same.

I am going through outside DRs. I have soooooo many diff symptoms its hard to diagnose, we think the VA knows and is just hiding it.

I don't think so. Laws are laws...regardless of how unfair we may think they may be. It's a flippin' maze to get through them at times. Been there, Done that.

In this case, I'm a old coot, and you're a young fart...but we both have experience in this matter and even if it is a scam, we can help educate others as to how the system works...or not in many cases.
