Actually, that's partially correct. It's impossible to cover all aspects of something like that in a concise video.

In the case of paparazzi photos that fall under the law's criteria, you'd need the consent of the person in the photo to legally share it under the AZ law. But it still leaves an opening, even with consent, for prosecution in the event someone complains.

We like him because of being a bona-fide badass. No one implied he was likable. John Adams wrote of Franklin in 1783: "His whole Life has been one continued Insult to good Manners and to Decency."

Ben Franklin was a super freak he would sit on his second story balcony butt nekid and his house was on a busy street.

But if it was left to John Adams to get the French to enter the war we would have lost the revolution, it was Ben freakishness that appealed to the French, they didn't give John the time of day because he was very religious.

I love history, I just wish more people knew more of it. The story of humanity is quite interesting.

Hey, if people want to take their rifles with them while they grab a cup of coffee and go shopping, more power to them.

Just don't confuse going shopping for weed killer with a rifle on your shoulder while wearing a propaganda tee for "exercising your 2nd Amendment right". That's not what you're doing. You're walking around Home Depot with a rifle on your shoulder. You're just exercising your beer gut whilst consuming yet more crap, which is all "they" really want anyway.

Again, I'm all for open carry. But if these people had any clue what exercising their 2nd Amendment right was really all about, and were willing and capable of fully exercising said right, they probably would've been murdered by the government long ago because they apparently have no idea how to keep a low profile.

The 2nd Amendment exists to overthrow a tyrannical government, not so people can ingratiate their egos by using guns to make media spectacles of themselves.

How NOT to Overthrow a Tyrannical Government

Lesson 1: Advertise to the world (with photo ID, no less) that you're probably someone who may one day want to overthrow said tyrannical government.

Its called protest or Civil Disobedience. People have been doing it for many years. The real big question is why are these people doing what they believe is their civid duty being called nuts? They are doing this because its what they believe in. As much as people try and make them all look like idiot rednecks who think when it comes to gun control means using two hands. Let me let you in on a little secret 'Gun Free' Zones don't work, all the mass shooting happen there. When you take guns from the Population you are just weaking the population, not making them safe. No matter what they say.

Yea John Adams was apparently an uptight puritan type, law guy. He had a problem with all the boys that gave the thing some color apparently. Thought Jefferson was a bit of a dozy dreamer ect.

On another note. Franklin did a gig as an Indian fighter. Yea. Lead a punitive sort of expedition to restore a fort and small settlement that had been nearly wiped out.

That's after all else has failed. By all else I mean remember when simply owning an assault rifle was grounds for nut jobbery. That didn't work. Then it was "clinging to guns and the bible". The title of this series is apt, for it is bs.

Whenever I hear someone say exercising a constitutional right is crazy I really start to worry. If that is how people view our rights how long will we have them? That attitude has to change. We, the American people, need to respect and honor that sacred document or it will become meaningless. Its so fragile now, without the support of the people it will fall apart.

I believe in the right to own and carry firearms. Some states insist the weapons be visible, others insist the weapons be hidden. I prefer to have mine visible. Its a deterrent and it works.
