President Barack Obama is pledging new U.S. help for other nations struggling to address global warming, as heads of state from around the world converge for a major summit on climate change.

Obama will use his speech at a U.N. summit Tuesday to announce plans to sign an executive order requiring the U.S. government to take climate change into account when it spends money overseas to help poorer countries, the White House said. The U.S. will also offer vulnerable communities abroad new tools to address the effects of climate change through science and technology.

The measures join a host of commitments Obama will announce at the summit, where more than 120 world leaders will gather on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly to galvanize support for a global climate treaty to be finalized next year in Paris. U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, the summit's host, is expecting leaders to come with specific pledges in hand to mitigate climate change, as a way to show they're serious about ambitious emissions reductions in the treaty.

Obama Offers Climate Change Help to Other Nations

Looks like big money involved.

They will need to buy off many nations to get this deal going.

But true and for all you know, we're simply repatriating them to Guatemala. Got a problem with sending abandoned children home?

Repugnant .... Na

Brilliant .... Yes

In fact with the best guestimates at 12 million illegals we could send them an entire work force remove 6 million for our job market and entitlement rolls.

What ?

Help other countries ?

So they can outsource pollution to China, and India who makes MOST of the worlds 'alternative energy' crap.

Meaning money ?

Whose since we don't have any.

Oh yeah there is big money involved.

They want to make goods, and the world engine 'oil' and fossil fuels MORE EXPENSIVE.

Just remember who is building NEW coal fired plants: China, and India.

While the rest of the world is putting themselves out of business, and jobs by going 'green'.

Saving the planet by buying more stuff made in China. Made by that evil fossil fuels..

The climate is about the last thing that is going to kill me right now.

Between an asinine government, or asinine terrorists.

That is dumbfounding.

They claim to 'care' about people.

And yet support the wholesale slaughter of people by abortion, and big pharmaceuticals that prohibit, and end human life.

And then there is the whole 'war' deal.

I wonder how much toxic gases were just released in to the atmosphere in last nites Syria bombing.

That isn't 'good' for the planet.

[Roosevelt] was always... finding new victims to loot and new followers to reward, flouting common sense, and boldly denying its existence, demonstrating by his anti-logic that two and two made five, promising larger and larger slices of the moon. His career will greatly engage historians, if any good ones ever appear in America, but it will be of even more interest to psychologists. He was the first American to penetrate to the real depths of vulgar stupidity. He never made the mistake of overestimating the intelligence of the American mob. He was its unparalleled professor. en.wikiquote.org...

Remember this quote people.

Replace FDR with the current potus, and the global warming crowd.

Fact:

The US government ALREADY has the power to regulate the air, and water, and land.

Clean air act, and other various means like 'imminent domain'.

Fact:

There is a government agency that ALREADY exists to 'protect' the environment. The EPA.

Is has become it's own monster making it up as they go along. That has been filled with ideologues that run it.

Fact:

The US government ALREADY has the power to regulate commerce.

Fact:

The US government ALREADY has the power to regulate business.

So the push of global warming is about WHAT ?

The ALREADY have unprecidented power, and control over our lives.

Anyone who supports letting them take even more power under felonius 'reasons' is supporting nothing but state totalitarianism.

Pay attention global warming aka save the planet shows us ALL who the real NEOCONS are.

They have moved straight on from 'nation building' to world building.

My husband pointed out that if, as Obama claims, these poor Central American kids are our "bright American future and best hope." Then didn't we just steal them from their native countries the same way we're supposed to have stolen everything else from the poorer nations of the world?

Really, this is all about sharing the wealth, and according to Obama, these kids are apparently it.

It's really telling, that you stoop so low as to use children regardless of where they come from to slam the President. Pick on someone your own size.

You are absolutely correct. Big money talks and we know what walks.
Perhaps in your mind Big Money means Al Gore and George Soros.

400,000 marching in NY do make a point.
If you embrace the Kochs, Exxon Mobil, BP. etc.
Then that makes you a shill.

Did you hear about the Rockefellers who have just embraced renewables?

That's got to hurt.

That's like asking if the Pope is Catholic.

Many of us support the ideals of international cooperation.

Do you fear that the UN is coming to turn you into a slave?

I don't know.

Do you fear that?

I am a fortunate, privileged man that has suffered little injustice in my life.

Misery, suffering, and yes, slavery abound in the 21st century.

I will not denigrate the dignity of the real victims of slavery past and present

by suggesting that my discomfort or displeasure is equal to the horror that they endure.

Believe it or not, the US is in fact part of Earth and not located on another planet. And as the major global power (not to mention biggest consumer of everything), it's about time they started kicking in their share to help other countries not ruin the environment.

It's the UN Agenda 21 global plan. Club of Rome behind it, which means Rockefellers, Gore, Gates, etc
Even Bolivia has a Sustainable development program. Yes Evo is fully on board with it.
