And they are here illegally as well. Thus.......they are still an illegal, regardless of their age.

But, I guess it is "different" right??

If the kids have been given amnesty how are they illegal?

You have got to be #ing kidding me.

The act of pretending to be dense is funny, but old.

They are here illegally. EO pushed to grant them legal status did not change that they came here illegally. It changed their current status by Executive Branch subverting the law, screwing over those that are actually doing the process legally and placing an increasing tax burden on the American Tax Payer.

But, I guess your okay with broken laws, so long as 0bama says it is okay....and "it's for the children".

Macman, foxnews or other right wing media doesn't make the laws.

Congress, the executive and the supreme court makes the laws right or wrong.

People or kids your referring to as illegals are no longer illegals are they?

Does someone have their hand up your butt like a puppet, just having you type "Fox news" and such??
What does Fox news have to do with what I stated??

Hmmmm, seems that your statement incorrect by law, but correct in how Progressives think.
The Supreme Court does not make the laws. Neither does the Executive branch.

A civics class not created by Think progress may help you correctly understand how the Govt was established.

But, your statement is echoed by many Progressives, so don't feel bad. It is a shared misconception.

They still came here illegally, they still thwarted the legal process to come here. Just because as you stated, the Executive Branch made the law to allow this, doesn't make it lawful/legal or Constitutional.

The murderer that has their sentence commuted is still a murderer. Just no longer an incarcerated murderer.

Guess "Border Jumper" would be more appropriate?

Finally getting to the good stuff!!!

Congress has chosen not to act, or to do there job.

The Supreme court has not ruled Obamas action illegal

so what the executive (Obama) is doing is the law, until Congress or the Supreme Court acts...

So if they have been given amnesty (the kids) they are here illegally no matter what you say.

Unconstitutional actions and laws are still Unconstitutional.

Right on you spoke about illegals as a person.

Example: Lets go down to the border and protest these illegals, there bringing there disease and crime to our beloved country.

OR

Lets go down and protest these kids, fleeing crime and governmental instability because of our war on drugs...

I guess border jumpers will have to do.

Here's some more ......

Under the change, the Department of Homeland Security will no longer initiate the deportation of illegal immigrants who came to the United States before age 16, have lived here for at least five years, and are in school, are high school graduates or are military veterans in good standing. The immigrants must also be not more than 30 and have clean criminal records.

Illegal is illegal is illegal. If it be an Unconstitutionally unchallenged EO or someone crossing here illegally and being here illegally, they are still illegal.

I was waiting for you to offer the "It's for the children" argument. Can't have a debate with any Progressive without it.

So, those escaping crime infested areas within your town/city are okay with breaking into your home and staying there, while you fund their life??

And when you think with your emotions and state "yes", I then in turn challenge you to actually post in those bad areas your address, with the statement that so long as you are 17 years of age or younger, that you will take no legal action should anyone break in and live there. And you will fund them as well.

You know that you won't do this, and any statement of is pure BS.

Yes, especially in 2009 and 2010.

While Texas and Arizona seem to be trying to fight against the illegal immigration wave, the 'great' state of New York has a piece of legislation that in all fairness I would say really is rolling out the red carpet for undocumented people residing in the state. If this passes, it will be a signal to all undocumented individuals to come on up to New York where you can get a NY State Citizen ID number and vote, get your driver's license, hold office, get free healthcare, tuition assistance, practice your profession (law, medicine, etc.) and a bevy of other perks all regardless of your immigration status or willingness to become a naturalized legal citizen. In fact, nowhere in the bill does it require the petitioner to take any steps to further their path to become a naturalized citizen of the US. As long as they stay in the state of NY, the feds can catch fire.

It's called the "New York is Home Act". It has not yet been voted on, obviously, but the democrats are hoping it will be voted on and passed in the next session. Here is a copy of the full text of the bill: New York is Home Act - Full Text

New York can and should be a national leader on immigrant. inclusion. This legislation is long overdue and absolutely urgent. It includes tuition equity, access to health care, drivers' licenses, professional licenses, the right. to vote and a ban on racial profiling. The New York is Home Act creates a smart model of immigrant inclusion for the rest of the country to replicate. At a time of federal inaction on comprehensive immigration reform, New York can step up as a national leader and show the way forward for other states. This bill respects the federal government's authority over federal immigration, while asserting New York's authority to define its citizenry and to distribute the benefits of state citizenship.

NY wants to be the role model for this type of 'reform' which really is nothing more than state sponsored amnesty. I am all for folks coming here in order to make a better life for themselves and their families. I cannot help but think this NY act is a huge slap in the face for those who have come here and, according to the laws of the land, have taken the responsibility seriously to become citizens of the US.

They broke into the US, and are living here via taxpayer funds.

You are either acting dense as to avoid the discussion, or are just avoiding it.

You and everyone else sees the correlation, you and others just refuse to address it as when applied to your life, where people break into your home and setup to live there via your funds. It just takes on being a "good human" to allow this when applied to the country.

You are a phony, plain and simple.

What you champion and applaud on one instance, you would cry the loudest in another, for the exact same thing.
