Of course whether We force people to fight (draft) , or keep people from getting out(back door draft), isn't it essentially the same thing?

it is slightly similar, but being being subjected to a "back door draft" aren't random non-military citizens, they are people who signed a contract to join the reserves.
You can't join the reserves and think "well, I only have to be in while there isn't a war, but if something happens I will cancel membership" You have to sign up knowing that if it happens, you did it to yourself.
Yes it is sad, but they had to go out of their daily routine and actively go down to an office and sign up for what they are being called up for.
