Agreed. If only people could be loyal and friendly as dogs. Until then, I got one to keep me company, keep me honest, keep me fit, and return my affection.

Last night we even went hunting for the roof rat in the backyard. She made it go to ground, called me out back, showed me where it was hiding and I zapped it with the BB gun.
