Most people never question their reality, or what, fundamentally, is shaping it. Most people have been conditioned since birth to accept that their 5 senses are all that there is to perceive. If i told someone they are at a critical junction where consciousness is the next evolutionary leap for them they have no idea what i'm talking about.
As a consequence of this conditioning, people believe their thoughts stem from their being, their true self, their center, but this is not true. Holding this belief limits your perception of reality, it reduces what it is there to be percieved and keeps you in a box.
you navigate reality with your focus and intent and a fair effort is made to switch the observational state of yourself to watch your own thoughts, in each and every moment, you'll realise the superiority of this state of being. It will not be explainable to scientists, and they will criticize the very notion of it because they themselves, are stuck in the mind. You will see this, and you will forgive them, because they do not see what you see. It becomes obvious then, that this superior state of being resides in a higher dimension.
This picture shows the unfolded star map of the Milky Way north and south Contours with the celestial pole centres.
The basic mythological storytelling of Creation originates from the Milky Way and its contours.
The Wheel-symbol is a symbol of "centre". In the night you can observe such a centre where the stars seems not to revolve in the Sky, called the Celestial Centre.
In the centre of our Galaxy, the Tree of life is standing.
It sometimes takes a modern human with a great imagination to interpretate the ancient symbols! But you either have to interpretate the symbols mythological - or simply interpretate the symbols as a pure natural phenomenon.
"He who believes, creates; He who creates, makes; He who makes, transforms himself and the society in which he lives." ~ Maya Proverb Via: Un Rey Maya
The concept of a tree of life has been used in biology, religion, philosophy, and mythology. A tree of life is a common motif in various world theologies, mythologies, and philosophies. It alludes to the interconnection of all life on our planet and serves as a metaphor for common descent in the evolutionary sense. The term tree of life may also be used as a synonym for sacred tree.
The tree of knowledge, connecting to heaven and the underworld, and the tree of life, connecting all forms of creation, are both forms of the world tree or cosmic tree, according to the Encyclopædia Britannica, and are portrayed in various religions and philosophies as the same tree.
A Native American myth recounts that the Creator gathered all of creation and said, "I want to hide something from humans until they are ready for it. It is the realization that they can create their own life and their own reality." The eagle said, "Give it to me; I'll take it to the moon and hide it there." But the Creator said, "No, one day they will go there and will find it." Then the salmon said, "Give it to me; I'll hide it in the bottom of the sea." "No," said the Creator, "they'll get there too." Well, the buffalo came and said, "Give it to me; I'll bury it in the plains."
The Creator said, "No, they will get there. They will cut into the skin of the earth, and they will find it even there." But then Grand Mother mole came, the one that has no physical eyes to see on the outside but has spiritual eyes and the capacity to see on the inside, and she said, "Put it inside them; they'll never find it there." And the Creator said, "It is done."

For example, the 2 clues in your passage: the biology. Is this about the nervous system, or the kundalini even, the purification of all the chakra centers and activation of the spirit bodies or astral bodies energy centers, to fire off the energy that opens the third eye? Or is it another meaning.

Orion is one of the mysteries, the belt. Rigel being one of the big players in ufology or cosmology. However based on how many elite have some of these answers and how they've mismanaged this planet, shows that this isn't really our way home as much as Kindness is. Love your neighbor as yourself.
The overlays are very remarkable. And the implication also that as we are images of this cosmic Mind, fractals, we contain the answers within, and can access the whole of creation.
American astronomer Edwin Hubble (who the Hubble Space Telescope is named after) was the first to describe the redshift phenomenon and tie it to an expanding universe. His observations, revealed in 1929, showed that nearly all galaxies he observed are moving away, NASA said.
"This phenomenon was observed as a redshift of a galaxy's spectrum," NASA wrote. "This redshift appeared to be larger for faint, presumably further, galaxies. Hence, the farther a galaxy, the faster it is receding from Earth."
The galaxies are moving away from Earth because the fabric of space itself is expanding. While galaxies themselves are on the move — the Andromeda Galaxy and the Milky Way, for example, are on a collision course — there is an overall phenomenon of redshift happening as the universe gets bigger.
The terms redshift and blueshift apply to any part of the electromagnetic spectrum, including radio waves, infrared, ultraviolet, X-rays and gamma rays. So, if radio waves are shifted into the ultraviolet part of the spectrum, they are said to be redshifted — shifted toward the lower frequencies.
The Milky Way and the Andromeda Galaxy are a binary system of giant spiral galaxies belonging to a group of 50 closely bound galaxies known as the Local Group, itself being part of the Virgo Supercluster.
Another reference frame is provided by the cosmic microwave background (CMB).
The Milky Way is moving at 552 ± 6 km/s[13] with respect to the photons of the CMB, toward 10.5 right ascension, −24° declination (J2000 epoch, near the center of Hydra). This motion is observed by satellites such as the Cosmic Background Explorer (COBE) and the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) as a dipole contribution to the CMB, as photons in equilibrium in the CMB frame get blue-shifted in the direction of the motion and red-shifted in the opposite direction.[13]
Although special relativity states that there is no "preferred" inertial frame of reference in space with which to compare the Milky Way, the Galaxy does have a velocity with respect to cosmological frames of reference.
One such frame of reference is the Hubble flow, the apparent motions of galaxy clusters due to the expansion of space. Individual galaxies, including the Milky Way, have peculiar velocities relative to the average flow.
Thus, to compare the Milky Way to the Hubble flow, one must consider a volume large enough so that the expansion of the Universe dominates over local, random motions. A large enough volume means that the mean motion of galaxies within this volume is equal to the Hubble flow. Astronomers believe the Milky Way is moving at approximately 630 km per second with respect to this local co-moving frame of reference.[145] The Milky Way is moving in the general direction of the Great Attractor and other galaxy clusters, including the Shapley supercluster, behind it.
[146] The Local Group (a cluster of gravitationally bound galaxies containing, among others, the Milky Way and the Andromeda Galaxy) is part of a supercluster called the Local Supercluster, centered near the Virgo Cluster: although they are moving away from each other at 967 km/s as part of the Hubble flow, this velocity is less than would be expected given the 16.8 million pc distance due to the gravitational attraction between the Local Group and the Virgo Cluster.[147]

And the native message which sounds alot like affinity and co-creation.

I actually like the concept instead of the kundalini at the base, having the energy from top down flowing through. And especially picturing an energetic connection from crown, third eye, throat, heart and the solar plexus, with emphasis on crown, third eye and heart. But I also like to go intuitively into all meditation. And look into where things may be needed.
And had strong images associated with family, law of affinity type images to see, health, vitality, teamwork, getting things down, good moods, creativity, lots of love. When I was in the heart, saw the 2 youngest who often battle it out no matter how much I try to remind them to be hero's and kind. They will wait to errupt when I go to the washroom. And in my heart chakra saw them repeating 5 positive and loving things to each other daily. Think we'll be working up the flashcards on this soon, and posting them on the bulletin board.
So tend to go with spontaneity in meditation.
I just see it as Spirit but find it hard to find the right words, because to me Holy Spirit and Kundalini are not the same thing, unless someone is meaning Spirit from Source not grounding energy, and certainly don't see that as flowing from our bottom.

I find the energy that flows from Chi, solar plexus, very rapid at warming body and heating up hands. The energy from Crown and even pineal is life giving, subtler.
