Post the relevant verbiage so we can discuss as I feel, claimed legal background or not, nothing makes a warrantless search for underage drinking Constitutional.

I did post it...I put in a quote and also specified what to look at in the link I provided.

Regardless, I didn't say that I agree with it, I just pointed out that this law doesn't seem necessary as there is already precedent that allows for "legal" warrantless searches in certain circumstances. I agree with your concerns about the constitutionality of it, but that doesn't change the current reality that our court system will recognize warrantless searches as legal in some cases.
