If people would study the pre founding fathers and what they discussed and how the thought of the constitution and a new nation should be run and how it has been perverted in to the federal (feral) government of today. They would be shocked how far we have departed from the original concept of freedom.

Plato, Hobbes, Locke, Rousseau, Paine, Milton, Tocqueville, Descartes, Newton, Wollaston, Voltaire, Berkeley, Franklin, Adams, Jefferson, Jay, Madison, and Hamilton ... Republic, Common Sense, Rights of Man, Declaration of Independence, Declaration of Dependence, Articles of Confederation, Federalist Papers, Constitution ...

just to name a few things on the top of my head.
