I was a bit disturbed when I saw this article. Apparently people have turned to the FCC to file complaints about racism (racism type broadcasts) and were told by the FCC that the FCC had no jurisdiction in such cases because such programming was protected by the 1st Amendment. Ok. So then if that is they case why have they targeted Howard Stern? I mean if hate is protected by the 1st Amendment then why isn't sexually explicit material? What is worse? Hate or sex?

Do you have a link to the article? The FCC is actually a direct violation of the 1st Amendment. Everything is literally protected under the 1st Amendment. Howard Stern is the perfect scapegoat for the FCC. Don't worry, he's going Sirrus Radio. You can sleep well at night again.
