The Oldest Pyramid in Egypt is Being Destroyed by its Own Restoration Team .

The oldest pyramid in Egypt, the Pyramid of Djoser at Saqqara, is being destroyed by the very company the Egyptian government has hired to restore it. The roughly 4,600-year-old structure has been in trouble since an earthquake hit the region in 1992, but in a difficult political and economic climate for the country, those now tasked with preserving the pyramid are doing more harm than good. Egyptian activists claim the company, Shurbagy, doesn’t even have the necessary experience to be undertaking the work in the first place, and they have launched a campaign against the Minister of Antiquities, Mamdouh al-Damaty, claiming a “full-fledged crime” has been committed.
The crime in question is the breach of building regulations related to the restoration of ancient structures. Amir Gamal, a representative of the ‘Non-stop Robberies’ movement, states: “Technically, the company and officials of the Supreme Council of Antiquities committed a full-fledged crime. New walls were built outside the pyramid as if the pyramid were a modern construction, which is opposite to international standards of restoration, which prevents adding more than 5 percent of construction to antiquities if necessary.” Furthermore, the additions are putting pressure on the structure, putting it at risk of collapse.

I gotta question did the step Pyramid had casting like the others,and if they were to restore the casting would it help or make things worst,all you architects and engineers chime in please.

I visited that pyramid a bunch of times when i lived in egypt. There was absolutely no restoration going on then (5 years ago) and now look at it. Gosh, I reallllly hope they know what theyre doing there.

There is/was a train of thought/theory from somewhere that stated if the pyramids and other obelisks were knocked down then "humanity" would experience a flood of consciousness.. The author(s) opined that the pyramids/obelisks are actually "sapping the energy" of the human race. The builders, advanced beings, erected these to use against Us and keep Us as "slaves"..
This included ALL the pyramids on Earth, they are all 'energy centers' that keeps TPTB in 'charge' and makes it easier for 'Us' to forget who We are. This is why 'the builders' placed pyramids ALL over the Earth along LeyLines

I checked yesterday in reference to another thread and all I can find now has forked off into a "religious fight" (again).. The author(s) I'm referring to kept religion™ out of their work..

Now it could be that I was 'imagining it' Does this remind anybody of anything?

How can a shape saps someone's energy,and wouldn't folks living closest to them be the most lethargic people on the planet, what about other animals?? would birds get anywhere near them..be-careful keeping an open mind is a good thing but don't be so open that your brains pours out and there are folks who are Pyramidiots .

restoration is a joke no matter how you look at it
all it does is bury evidence and make it harder to find later when more adequate technology is available
if history on this matter has taught me anything its that restorations destroy more history than they preserve

Could be, I just thought it would add to the discussion. Who ever moved the monument from the edge of the Nile up the bank did a heck of a job. Funny, how here we are so long after, worrying about wrecking something We still can't duplicate..

To further the discussion I'll play the role of Gene Siskel or the "black hat" ( I did a quick web search and Your "ajna" is pumping FULL..) It is some sect playing the "Religion™ Card" . Seeing that "We" still cannot reproduce these pyramids, would it make sense to construct them "To sap the energy"? They aren't tombs, what is their purpose? If they can build these pyramids ALL over the world, couldn't they also insert some device? What is the one in Washington D.C. for? The ones spread all throughout, their purpose is?

Again, I don't have a demolition company and trying to work up a gig...

It is not like they are trying to hide anything in Egypt ,erecting fences around dismantled pyramid's , one can only hope they do a better job than what happened to the sphinx [ no tunnel's there mr hawass ]

I agree,focus should be more on preservation than restoration.

I have come across a few theory's over the year's ,one not well known one is that a fully working pyramid like in Egypt would generate about 440.000 volts on the outside of the apex which would be good for the vegetation in the area ,Almost like terraforming a planet and as Herodtus in his histories points out sea shells littered the Giza plateu

And to take that a step deeper.. That looks like a "grid" an intersection of "Ley Lines" (checkout "37th parallel/ufo"..)

What would happen if the polarities were switched? Would the surrounding area be barren like it is now? Is it barren now because the 440k volts are being sucked out?

If I remember correctly, (while in 'Body' when I'm 'out' My memory will be perfect..) the theory was the 'architects' continue to run things even to this day... It could've been one of those NWO, "doom porn" type deals, I just briefly scanned through the article..
