How would you like if someone decide to nuke USA just to make sure they don't ever drop another bomb in another country?

But back to this interesting topic, since the US won't do it, and Russia won't do it because of a false sense of fear the US might talk firmly about retaliation

Who in the ME is most likely to sterilize the sand due to threats perceived or real.

And if one country lets em fly, who else would and when would it stop...I'd bet less than a dozen
