Your OP is minimal and even the info you've added in another post to mention cyber attacks, power going off and car bombs doesn't really help us much from the point of view of preparation.

We have members from all over the world, so what cities or countries are likely targets would be good to know.

This is good enough reason for me..Numerology and some random dude on a TinFoil website telling me doom is coming.
