Why were these teachers who have the athority to do something stop these children from throwing rocks. Have you ever been hit by a rock? They can be deadly.

Apparently a thousand people killed in Israel as payback for everything the Israelis gave up in the Oslo accords is not horrible. But the detention of a boy throwing rocks trying to physically harm people (likely 18 year old kids themselves) is "horror".
