Not really. It existed on the internet since like 08 or so, but ISIS didn't really exist as a physical group until the Syrian war. That is where the group had a plethora of radicals to organize. That is where Saudi Arabia and the west armed them. They have in theory been around since before Baghdadi's release from Gitmo, but in reality they came into existence during the Syrian war, maybe small underground factions were born in Libya.

Either way we armed them, and they haven't been in physical existence since before the Libyan war for certain (which bled right into the Syrian war). Before that they were a radicalism concept online.

Then this merger will be one of the very last bad decisions Saudis would have made because by publicly associating themselves with their evil creation they automaticly put themselves in a same category and a severe chance of being end up just like ISIS will eventually, which is in hell...But hey! maybe that's the plan who knows.A rusty old dictatorship monarchy is not cool in the 21st century anymore...Other rusty monarchies be aware!
