What do you guys/gals think about this? I thought it was interesting when I first heard about it (thought it made sense too). Some people have come to
the conclusion that people with different blood group, would be more healthier with some slightlely different diet. (ie. type 0 and B need to eat more
meat, etc etc...)
Now I've done some reading, and some critics are saying their theory is flawed (according to some scientific studies). The diet is still said to have
gained some popularity.
Anyone heard/tried something similar? What did u thought about it.
