Want my honest first impression on this??

That has to be photoshopped. I cant see how the government would put that on certificate. It just doesnt make sense. I dont know, just seems like they wouldnt be that stupid to display that. But who knows.

Just by looking at it you can tell its been photoshopped in at least one aspect... they x'ed out the name. So it wouldn't be a stretch to deduce that the whole thing is probably a fake.

I'll have to somewhat agree with you there.... Anyone actually serve in that war? so we can have some enlightenment? .. lol

I also noticed some discoloration of the paper itself.. its somewhat yellow in places.. and the emblem (which could easily photoshopped) seems to be extruded... giving the impression it could be a real "seal" of authenticity.. but hey, I can make some pretty realistic things in photoshop myself so someone who dedicated their time to forgeries probably has perfected the art.

I am pretty sure this is real...

No photoshop marks were left, the XXX's blocking out the serial number were probably done with an overlaying piece of paper, the size of the document is about right if it were scanned with a high-resolution scanner...

And Bush openly advocated the NWO...

I don't think the NWO was a big secret to Bush SR. He openly said this is the dawning of the New World Order on tv. I'm not sure if that document was photoshopped or not, as I have no experience in photoshop.

I wont say for sure either...

What is pubicly know of NWO?

I think he was promoting -A- new world order, not one global facist/socialist totalitarian state. With the fall of communism, there'd have to be a new "world order", because the old system of two mutually opposed armed camps was over. This new 'world order', if typified by things like the kuwait war, would be one where the US, being sole superpower, promotes groups of nations acting together to make things better. Not a global autocracy, but a place where the US, naturally as the only superpower, is effectively the hegemon.

I mean, what, he's a satan worshipping reptiloid, but he just slipped up in a speech? Or the illuminati shadow conspiracy does silly stuff like that because they're mean and they find it amusing?

I'm going to have to say that I doubt the authenticity of that document, but I won't rule it out as fake or otherwise. I'm no expert on it. I do believe in the NWO conspiracy, to an extent, but I don't think they'd be handing out certificates like that.

I'm not sure of the authenticity of the image originally posted, but here are replacement certificates:

I served in the first gulf war, and have a boobyboard full of medals because of it. However, I have never seen this cirtificate before. It looks like someone was just trying to impress someone else.

The USS McKee was a sub tender. Were First Sergeants in the Marines stationed on board sub tenders?

Must be a fake. I mean come on, if it was real, it would say "KISSINGER'S New World Order"

Still, I think that the proof is in the pudding:

...or you could get one printed up for a few dollars.

I remember when I was a kid buying a very official "License to Fart" in a magic shop. If I let one rip and friends complained, I'd just flip out my license like an FBI agent.

In any case, it's your DD-214 that offically lists all awards and decorations. Nice pretty things like this don't mean squat other than more things to decorate your wall with. If you know the person who is showing you this certificate, simply ask to see his / her DD-214, it should have a line item with this in it.

If not, well...then we know it's a fake.
