Hello All, Back on the 14th of Aug I as like many others participated in our site owners thread about the un-rest in Ferguson MS. I and my sons, along
with several "friends" went to participate in the protest and support our fellow citizens against how they were being treated. I would love to
report all was "wonderful & great". It was not. I would like to post all the pics I took. I cannot. I would like to report all I meet and came in
contact with supported me & mine in supporting them....they did not.
I /we for the most part were meet with the most open racism I have ever seen. Not just from the black folks, but the white ones as well. We were told
our in very open way" leave we don't need you here" we dont like the white folks that's already here, what makes you think your any different" It
was sobering to say the least. The white folks we meet were just as nasty and racist. Were actually denied service in a fine establishment in Po Dunk
Kentucky....because we were going to Ferguson. Shameful is what it was.
The real problems and trouble began on our re-turn trip home. In a small place in Kentucky we were pulled over by local police dept. I'm not worried
about any of it as Ive not done anything wrong nor broke any laws. As a matter of fact I was sleeping at the time of the stop. Did not sleep very
long. The person we were with and the owner of the Suv we were driving, when asked if he had any drugs or firearms in the vehicle told them he did
have a firearm within the vehicle.....wow. Next thing you know. we are all, taken from car, temp cuffs applied and sat on the side of the street. Ive
never seen a vehicle get searched as well as this one.
They took each cell phone away, Mine had tons of pics & video from Ferguson. Driver was arrested for an unlicensed gun in that state. Vehicle was
impounded, my cell phone, laptop, and digi camera all confiscated. I managed to get my property returned to me on the 29th.... phone was cleared out
total. I have yet to get my laptop to turn on...digi camera cleared as well...memory card...just gone. I was told at the stop that day, We dont like
your type in our town.. so your as guilty as the driver who's being arrested, except we were'nt arrested. Just got our property taken and damaged. I
so freaking hate Kentucky now..not all of it..just the backward asrse town this went down in.
What I learned...racism is alive & well and growing like damn weeds out of controll in the garden....and like how the weeds choke out the good
stuff..racism is choking out America. I mean damn, the world hates us for our Governments actions..as we fight amongst ourselves. Until we can unite
in a consise group of citizens..no matter the color. Our Government will win each and every time. Unless we unite as ONE we will never, ever lift them
thumb of oppression our Government lays down. Divide & Conquer it's worked for thousands of years and it's alive & kicking like never before.
I still support the folks in Ferguson, whether they want me too or not. I did meet many wonderful people..black & white. I saw their fear, i saw their
concern. Not to belittle any statement Ive made here, but that traffic stop on the way home was nothing more than blatant racism. white on white
racism. Those officers were incensed we went to Ferguson, all the trouble began after that fact was laid out the one officer that stopped us. I am
disgusted at it all. I actually heard one officer tell another one that they had a car load of "n----r" "lovers". Yea, it's 2014 folks not 1960.
Some day, some day folks we'll lay all this to rest...some day.
