No evidence of that, but watching Chirac play kissy-kissy with Arafat did make me wonder...

Quite right Blogger, but at least the US realised our mistake and corrected it. France was and is still just a "whore" by taking money from Oil-for-food and selling itself.

It's easy isn't to name others "whores", "pedophiles" or whatever without looking into the issues. Explain to me please, why you think France is a "whore"?

The data is becoming clear that France SOLD its veto vote to Saddam for money from Oil For Food. Money for "favors" fits my definition of a word I Despise.

US firms got approx 111 Billion barrels of oil through the oil-for-food program, Duelfer report see:www.iht.com...
Also about this favoritism, do you really think Chirac, president of France, could have been bribed by Saddam for only several million of dollars, do you really think he will risk his career and his country for a few millions?
And no, Annan won't resign as at least Russia and China will oppose it, I am not clear yet of the position of the UK but as and EU member they may side with the forementioned.
The consequence of this conflict can be very costly for the US, UN, NATO, EU and some other geopolitical forums, alliances and spheres. In the worst case this can mean that the US may get isolated.
Go ahead just call others "whores" or whatever, but realize the consequence of this conflict.
