Welcome .. glad to hear you enjoyed the video ..
Apologies disappeared had old injury from my s.o.g days act up went and got accupuncture treatment for it ..

Hehe .. if saw a doctor the doctor would end up needing centuries of therapy and strong medications after the first five minutes .. besides hell of alot more relaxing to drink and smoke not to mention cheaper ..

I'm sorry you had to unlock and serve yourself.
I hope your feeling better, I know ( being an Acupuncture Doc. ) that Acupuncture is a Far Better Treatment than Pain pills and even Surgery.
People would be Amazed at what a 20 minute treatment with 5 to 20 or so hair thin needles can do for Your Body and Soul,
Would you Not Agree My Friend.
I truly believe if it wasn't for my treatments of my husbands Old Wounds, Shrapnel, Gun Shot and knife wounds, he'd be in
Constant Pain or on Pain Pills and walk with a Cane.

People don't understand, what an Herbalist can do with the Weeds you throw away from your front yard because your parents taught you they where poisonous.
Weeds, Bark from tree, Sap from trees, Turtle and clam Shells and Sea Horses other Grasses and tree Leaves and Plants and Bugs,,,,, YES, Bugs,,, all boiled together.

Not all Counties Have Socialized Healthcare Like The Liberals would like you to Believe, They want us to think America is Behind Every Other Country,,, Not true!!!!!
Actually, Most Countries will only give you the Very Basic of Treatment, Anything Else Cost More Money or You Can just Go Home!
Plus another thing you're Not Told, In Other Countries, if you don't have a family member to Bring You Food and Feed You or Wash and Change Your Bedding, You Stay in Nasty Dirty Bed!
All That Cost Extra in Other Countries, But the Liberals don't want you to hear the Truth! They want you all to believe in every Country But American, People are Being serve and waited on immediately By The Best Medical Teams and All their Health Needs Taken Care Of With Out One Dollar Being Spent!

Sorry, Sorry, Sorry

Good morning Guohua. Well I was going to have regular coffee but the way things are shaping up for the day maybe something stronger is in order. I'll go with what Expat and I were talking about earlier, double Tequila and coffee.

It's almost 11am here now so what the heck. I'm starting early today.

Good afternoon!

On the subject of tea, I like just about everything except chai. That I leave to the husband who loves it. Most of the time, I favor strong black tea, but I also really like green tea and Earl Grey. The local Quick Trips have a pineapple papaya green tea I really like. I also like herbal blends, especially when I've got a sore throat like chamomile and there's a Stash blend called something like licorice spice that I'm into. And for single bag hot tea, I absolutely love Plantation Mint which is a black tea with spearmint in it. The spearmint smooths out that black tea bitterness really nicely.

On the subject of God. I'm married to a scientist. My husband is a microbiologist, and he's as devout, maybe more so, than I. He really resents the idea that atheists he feels particularly (though the fringe fundies don't help) seem to have adopted the idea that science is for atheists and religion has the literal interpretation and can't have science as if the two are completely incompatible.

But my husband is an odd bird. He gets so frustrated with some of the overly simplistic and down right wrong memes that atheistic groups propagate over facebook that he will go and join their pages and gently correct them and stay and engage in dialogue with them until they figure out that he isn't a wavering person they can convert or someone they can provoke or someone who's as dumb as they imagine Christians to be at which point they ban him.

And no, he doesn't use inflammatory language, he doesn't condescend and he doesn't proselytize or tell them they're going to hell. I've asked him why, and he says it's because he can't stand to see the faith so horribly abused and because it might do some of them some good to see that Christians are people, and he's morbidly curious about how long some of these groups can stand to see a dissenting view. I know I wouldn't have the patience to keep doing it. Sooner or later, I'd snap at someone and say things I regret.

Anyhow, I'm very sore today. I have a bone spur in my neck and it's really pinching, so here's some music while I sit back and wait for the muscle relaxers to kick in!

I like it, too. I find it much nicer than the violin which I find to be a little too high-pitched to really enjoy.

OK, Clear out that small space up stairs next to where we're keeping the extra paper plates.
Yes, Charles, ketsuko , Bassago, Expat, EyesOpenMouthShut, Serdgiam, HarbingerOfShadows, Murgatroid, Thurisaz, DISRAELI,
ThePublicEnemyNo1, Kangaruex4Ewe and adjensen.
Yes, I'm moving Here, this is the Only place on ATS where there is a Bit Of Sanity!

I started a thread yesterday, like I did a day or two before and again, I run a Disclaimer that I use the Search Function with
Negative Results and Again after I've looked around and didn't see a thread on the subject I posted, No sooner do I post, I get the same Smart Ass coming along and telling me there's already a thread started here.

OK!

Then the other Smart Ass come along and wants to tell me, if I'd used the Search Function Properly I'd seen the thread already posted like it shows now.
He's right it shows both threads NOW!

I replied:
www.abovetopsecret.com...
Strangely Enough it Does Today But as I Stated In My Opening Post, It Did Not!
please Re-frame from making a Statement:

"so if the OP actually "did" a search, he/she would have seen the thread that was posted first and wouldn't have needed to post this. "

There's No So If, I did as I stated
The Search Function is not the best.

So the above is the second time and I'm tired of these Want To Be MODS!
I'm tired of the people who think it's their job to come along and substitute for a MOD, if the thread was going to Die, So be it! Let it die.
How many here have used the New Search Function and found it to be Lacking sense they switch over to this new system?

Sorry, But, That's It! I'm Moving it and Keep the Damn Bar Stock because this Lady drinks a LOT!

I'm sure the MODS will delete the thread and send me a Nasty , you've been a Bad Girl gram for jumping inn that AHole Sh$t!

No worries .. the accupunture works very well theres been a few times even used it in place of anesthesia for surgery .. the patients also recovered faster than those with same injuries where anesthesia was used .. been documenting and writing a paper on it .. even though trained in both western medicine and tcm tend to use tcm more when treating patients for illnesses and use western surgical techniques to treat severe trauma cases get far better recovery rate using tcm for illnesses without the negative effects of western medicines ..

Your husband a very lucky man you know acupuncture and able to treat his old injuries it will keep him in good shape and far better health than most his age .

Eh ??? Sleep ??? Whats that ??? Did grab a catnap .. just finished practice iajustu and having morning coffee now .. been decades since had a full nights sleep ..

Besides the nice leather chairs here in hernando's are perfect for catnapping in ..

Yep I'm for moving in here as well. It's not safe out there.

So I was gone most of the afternoon and when I get back I check the last Ukraine thread I made. By all rights it should have ended but noooo those poster have raged on at each other for 4 more pages of off topic answers and insults. Good grief.

So I made one short post and left. Let them beat each others brains out.

@Expat - I'm joining you in those leather chairs. Think I'm going to need a triple Jack Daniels, no ice, no Coke. And maybe a round of acupuncture just to be sure.

This is what I was hoping to see! G, get anything anybody wants. I'm rich! My mom gave me fifty dollars last night at dinner and I'm going to blow it all. Whoopee! Hey nonny nonny, and a hot cha-cha.

Bassago, There are some positions which are not allowed to be expressed on ATS. If you're Pro - America, Israel, Life, Capitalism, or one man - one woman in marriage, you can't go in without a fight. Same thing if you're Anti-Russia, Islam, Climate change, open immigration, or Socialism.

Too bad "The barbarians" as Expat888 would have it, are overrunning the gates.

This God business? I'm glad we agree that neither side has 100% proof. Now we come to question number 2. Which way to bet? What will we believe? It's a black and white question. We believe and act as though there is a God, or we believe and act as though there isn't. Which choice is for each of us to decide, but there isn't any middle ground. All you can do is dig up all the arguments and evidence you can, then make your bet.

We can even have a reasonable discussion on religion here. I love this place.

Oh, man, ketsuko. I'm sorry to hear you're hurting. If you feel up to it, could you explain it to me, because I don't understand. I've got it that you have a bone spur (whatever that is), but you're taking muscle relaxants? That's where I get confused. Bone? Muscle? Both?

Get better quick.

Naw, I just don't feel like dealing with them today. I'm sure it will still be raging tomorrow. Then I'll jump back in with a few well placed hammerings.
The thread before that one raged for about 10 days before they wore themselves out.

I just would rather hang out here with you guy and gals, much more relaxing and fun.

When I first started here at ATS I once jumped in a thread and said that it had already been posted. Then I felt like a damn fool. Maybe it's a newbie thing. Search doesn't even work at all for me, just hangs. Oh well I'm not turning off NoScript.

Guohua! I'm shocked! Shocked, I tell you. Did I overhear you offering to hold hands with Expat888? I can understand the temptation, he's a great hunk of a guy with a twinkle in his eye, but who knows where this might end up? You might even dance with him!

Thanks for your healing work. Last night I saw a silver-gray rod with a sharpened point being pulled from me. It was about as thick as a pencil and seemed perfectly smooth. I don't know who or what was removing it, nor from what part of me it was pulled. ( I also got three hours sleep, so cut me some slack.)

Hey there, EyesOpenMouthShut, we haven't had a chance to talk as much as I'd like.

Great observation, though.

Some people make it their mission to make themselves feel better by pointing out other peoples faults. it's a character flaw really, something having to do with insecurity. don't sweat it

That kind of applies to me. Off the Internet, I go berzerk when I see a misplaced or missing apostrophe. I blame it on my parents. They were printers and they taught me to proofread. I can skip over poor grammar or misspellings, but I have no mercy on apostrophe abusers. I'm working on it, though.

I'm curious about those fault-finders though. If they can't recognize and celebrate strengths, what ability do they have to identify faults. Are they content to live in a world where they see everyone as poor and faulty as they are? What a small and dismal world that may be.

Just read a few posts from anybody here, excellence and good will abounds. I would think people would want to surround themselves with the goodness and not squint to find flaws. Is that a big part of the world's problem? A sense of insecurity and envy of people who have something to offer?
