what you should be able to get out of this image are longitude latitude coordinates,
so can you solve it? good luck!

'of where' is exactly the question the solution answers

I hope this isn't a spoiler but perhaps Instead of "cut it out" maybe "print it out" would work better.

"Nan Desu Ka?" means something like "what is it?" in Japanese.....Japan.....think origami.

If you fold it the right way.......you get your coordinates. (I guess)

Testing this theory since this morning but all I've got so far is a livingroom floor filled with assorted origami shapes......no luck so far. Will keep you updated.
