Well, I'm not going to get into the problems with too much sugar here...
I'm sure your quite capable of researching it yourself.

Sorry if I came across as lecturing you! I, too, enjoy a good dark chocolate treat from time to time....I just know that if I start with sugar in the morning, I need sugar all day - and for me, it doesn't work so great.
