Since when is it kosher for investigators to show a lieing witness the video so he can correct his bull# before actually testimony under oath? Investigation fail. Seems like they are trying to screw this one up on purpose.

You know if the video didn't make the cops look like crap, it would have been released already. They had no problem releasing Brown's robbery footage with the quickness eh?

News flash - not all Marines are intelligent. Just because he was in the Marines doesn't automatically give him "good judgement." It's obvious that logical reasoning was not his strong suit - you call in a guy in a Wal-Mart with a toy gun rather than try to examine the gun closer to see if it's a toy or not? Seriously...

If it was me:
1. Get a closer view
2. If the guy isn't acting crazy simply walk up and ask him to hold the toy, or say "that's cool, where'd you get it?"

Stories like these serve three purposes:
1. Causes average citizens to be more fearful (bad guy with gun) of innocuous living (shopping) ... increasing the chance another inexcusable shooting happens
2. Causes the average citizens to be fearful of cops
3. Causes many, like us, to become increasingly irritated

All of these are very important in the direction the USA is taking.
