The first clue that there is something wrong with the source is this:

After trying to process this, I felt “blocks” of thoughts closing in my mind like some game of Tetris. I started to actually seriously see how our election of President Obama (to keep our welfare flowing) directly led to this girl having her head cut off by Muslims implementing their political structure. I begin to understand the depth of our crimes. The blocks started to knit together in my deeper realization that these people will never stop, there are Muslims in the United States and the United Kingdom who support the actions of these Muslims

I'm going to guess he doesn't do any fact checking because.. it's a propaganda blog and.. Tetris and Obama.

First of all, there is no such thing as a religious baby or toddler. Killing children is an immoral act of terror directed at adults. I expect this horror show because it's designed to outrage the western sensibility, Christians & the whole spectrum of secular types. How could a group out of nowhere actually try to progressively provoke western military response. It runs counter to their stated goal of establishing a sovereign Caliphate

ISIS, or whatever the name is now does not act like Al Qaeda at all. Totally different weapons training and tactics. Different modes of fundraising, different modes of doing commercial business. I believe they have to be using the western banking systems to do transactions at this scale. Black market can't easily transact commodities like crude and wheat electronically.

Why then do the banks sanction Iran and not this group. It isn't that hard to shut them out of financial systems. Unless they are being facilitated (or more) by the west.

We should see them protesting like they have protested before against smaller issues.. Even the media can´t hide such a thing. Social Media is one tool to show.. So where are they?

The whole world should be out in the streets protesting against Islamic State's inhumanity but they are not.

The anti-war crowd is sure silent, they were in an uproar all over the world against wars the US was directly involved in. Now it is obvious they were NOT anti-war, they were just simply anti-US. The organizers of those protests are most likely all for Islamic State because of their stated position against the US and the West.

Don't expect to see any protests against Islamic State no matter how many babies heads they cut off, but do expect to see protests against the US when military intervention starts to scale up against Islamic State.

Well, a child growing up in a Christian home is considered Christian, just as a Jewish or Muslim child growing up in their respective religious household would be. So I have to disagree with you there. Perhaps that is just semantics, though.

Agree fully, my point of the post actually.

Thank you. This is why I read this site, for these astute observations.

We're basically reliving the dark ages. The only difference is that now it can be witnessed on television and social media.

I can only hope that the current generation of youth doesn't become desensitized to the point of indifference.

I can't wait to see these ISIS bastards fall.

The picture of the girl being decapitated is at least 2 years old:

[snipped link to images containing gore]

The text there says:

This is a scene you can imagine only in horror films , sadistic horror films you can see headless corpses of children and you think it does not happen that someone will cut a child in two half in real life. Unfortunately it does happen in real life, in Syria !! These graphic photos below after the break are from Idlib after the shelling of a helicopter in some village earlier today for a headless child who was wearing beautiful dress. “Extremely graphic”

If this two year old account is to be believed, this actually took place in Idlib, a province in Syria. What we do know is the girl in this photo was killed at least two years ago. If you go to the link, there are some very upset and uninjured men in a photo with one holding the girl's body.

This is not to say that ISIS isn't committing acts of atrocity, as they surely are. This just happens to be BS. This is how propaganda is done in the 21st century. Anyone can tweet horrible unsourced images and attach a couple of lines of fiction and have tens of thousands of people up in arms. It's also worth pointing out (repeatedly) that ISIS is an equally great threat to any non-Sunni (or moderate Sunni) group as they would be to non-Muslims.

Thanks for that research. I have been a reader of the author of the article for some time and know him to be sincere and not a propagandist. I will point out the apparent age of the video and suggest that the video is being used as false propaganda.

Actually, people whose opinion they value should be out protesting to make the point to them, not all opinions have value for them and least of all is US/EU citizens who present everything they are against at !

I had Muslim young man ask me :

What should Muslims like me do when faced with the evil that is ISIS?

He was wrestling with rather or not to go over to the ME and fight against ISIS personally.

My reply:

I empathize with your agony and internal turmoil.

I have met and know that there are a great number of Muslims who believe as you do about living a life of peace and living as justly as possible.

If you have responsibilities here in the US (to care for children or the elderly),
then all you can do is let the world know in as many forums as possible that you and other Muslims are angry with those in the ME who are abusing your faith.

By forums, I don't mean just online, but rallying others to send messages to the world condemning the actions of ISIS, by insuring none of your money is filtered to groups supporting ISIS. Even having massive rallies of condemnation.

The biggest thing I think Muslims can do is to push and push and push countries
who have Islam as their state religion to send their armies to stop ISIS.

Through letter campaigns, through rallies, through blogging, through forums like ATS to shame these countries who do have armies into taking action to clear the name of good Muslims like you.

If you have no responsibilities in the US and have completed your education.
Then as a mature adult you have to decide for yourself, if as a man you need to go and try and stop evil.

Trying to physically stop ISIS is self defense for Muslims, defending the name of the faith.

But should only be done by Muslims who live far from the ME, if you have no responsibilities, completed your eduction, and in consultation with your Imam.

Anyway, that is my 2cents.

Blessings
Grandma

You are so right.

We will never see the Hollywood types or
the previously anti-war crowd speaking up on this one

There will be no twitter campaign
or ice buckets for the slaughter of thousands upons thousands of innocents (Christian/Jewish/Muslim)

Probably because many many liberals/progressives/socialists
see all religion as evil

and feel that anyone who is religious deserves to be tortured and slaughtered.
I have seen this sentiment expressed way more than once on ATS by Americans.

Socialism and communism support doing away with religion entirely
and they probably feel that letting the religious
slaughter themselves is for the greater good.

That is why you will not see huge numbers of Americans or Americans in power, rally against ISIS,
because too many think that the religious people
have it coming.
Sad, sick, but unfortunately too true.

Other than a site peddling an old video of a terrible atrocity as a new atrocity, than nothing if you're into that kind of thing. Personally, I prefer actual and relavent news that has proof of the claims made. So far, that remains to be seen.

Carry on.
