(CNN) -- An "active shooter incident" was reported Monday morning at Fort Lee, an Army installation in Virginia, the post said on its website.
The installation is locked down, the post said.
Additional details were not immediately available.

Army officials say there is an "active shooter incident" at Fort Lee in Petersburg, Virginia.

Fort Lee officials say the incident was reported at Combined Arms Support Command Headquarters, building 5020.

The post is currently on lockdown. No other information has been released.

Fort Lee is an Army post and headquarters of the U.S. Army's Combined Arms Support Command and a number of other defense traning istitutions. Fort Lee is located 20 miles south of Richmond, Virginia.

A female Soldier apparently turned her weapon on herself and was transported to a hospital. She was the only one injured.

The base was on lockdown for about 30 minutes.

Or mental illness? But of course not, women are not susceptible to mental illness. Must be rape or sexual harassment that led her to shoot herself.

The soldier was a Sergeant First Class with 14 years service in the Army.
