He's playing golf because they're celebrating job well done for creating ISIS. Now they can just sit back and get those A-holes to kill Muslims for them and also have a big excuse to go on a bombing rampage again.

Are presidents not allowed to have a life outside of the oval office?

Personally I think Obama has been a bit of a crappy president, but in terms of the man behind "the most powerful man on the planet", he seems fairly down to earth, why deny him life's pleasures?
