I mean you put up with this crap for 75 years. Why now?
An exercise in fantasy?

I am not a betting man, I don't go to Casinos

But I would bet that if I look through your posting history, I would find plenty of examples of your viewpoints agreeing with US government view points.

And I don't understand the insults calling this guy "gramps". Isn't this a violation, mods?

I doubt his story of being 75 why is that relevant to anything?

I wouldn't say I am apathetic.

I just believe that if a poor white kid from the trailer park (like myself) can make a good life with just a little effort anyone can do it.

I do agree that there are things that need to be changed post haste and if not done there is a chance that our way of life will degrade into something no one wants.

I am just not sure a revolution will bring about those changes.

I am not sure what to do.

If we tried to dismantle our government now, other countries would invade for our resources. They would use our weakness against us.

Not true, US nuclear submarines and US nuclear capability is not affected by revolution, no one would dare attack. There are other examples in history that show this.

US government has made so many enemies in the world, they would welcome the revolution, right now these enemies are preparing for WW3, anticipating eventual attack as US and Bankers continue world take over.

Oh I completely understand your point of view. Hell I like you.

The only problem is that you will get Revolution whether you like it or not, 17 trillion debt and growing will one day collapse the economy anyway.

US government will eventually try to cull the US population, kill maybe 50 %

So you will get your revolution, you just wait and see.

I do fear an economic collapse.

I am just not sure how to fix the system or prevent it from happening.

Honestly I am not sure if we can do anything to prevent a collapse at this point.

Before any revolution you need to have a better system in place and ready to take over otherwise you will have a power vacuum. There`s no way to predict who or what might fill that vacuum, you might end up in a worse situation then you are in now.
I think slow organized change is better than quick chaotic change.

To quote a famous englishman:

You say you want a revolution?
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
You tell me that it's evolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
But when you talk about destruction
Don't you know that you can count me out
Don't you know it's gonna be all right?

You say you got a real solution?
Well, you know
We'd all love to see the plan
You ask me for a contribution
Well, you know
We're doing what we can
But when you want money
for people with minds that hate
All I can tell is brother you have to wait
Don't you know it's gonna be all right?

You tell me it's the institution
Well, you know
You better free your mind instead

So you will get your revolution, you just wait and see.

It is coming but it certainly won't be OUR revolution.

TPTB want us to protest.

The elite has been behind every revolution throughout history.

The OWS 'clashes' were staged.

ALL world events, including revolutions are carefully engineered and orchestrated behind the scenes.

It's the same thing in the political arena...

Tag team politics is nothing but an illusion just like pro-wrestling...

Benjamin Disraeli said it best: "governments do not govern..."

They hide behind the façade of a fake government while using the MSM to propagate the mythical illusion of "choice".

All sides are 100% controlled.

"One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes a revolution in order to establish a dictatorship." ~ George Orwell's 1984

"Princeton historian James Billington (Fire in the Minds of Men) traces how all the revolutions were started by this occult elite.

"...the infiltration and take over (via revolutions) of all western governments with the USA as its "prize". Thru the centuries, the Illuminati has financed and promoted every revolution including The French and American Revolution." LINK

"Let us spread the spirit of revolution in the minds of the people."

Speeches at B'nai B'rith in 1936

College textbooks present war and revolution as accidental results of conflicting forces. This is nonsense, says Dr. Sutton. They are created and financed by Wall Street to create a new world order. But you won't read this in history books. www.savethemales.ca...

The Illuminati use revolution as a means of institutional theft, or the re-acquisition of property into their own hands. They tell everyone else that the purpose of revolution is to make the common man free, but that is not their real purpose with it. Their real purpose is for everyone else to lose what they own during the looting and chaos, and they end up getting hold of it in the process.

That is what they did during the Depression, and again in 2008. It's the reason why they deliberately engineer economic systems with structural flaws and weaknesses built in. Eventually they know that they are going to want to crash the system. They do it in waves, and every time they do it, they end up with more and more property, and everyone else with less.

I didn't miss your mentions, but any group with sufficient power to succeed at revolution could do anything they wanted after victory. After all who's going to stop them?

There's also a significant amount of doubt that could be levied against the claim that any such group would give a rat's behind about the constitution in the end.

Totally agree...

The very last thing those in power want is for things to be 'fixed'.

Their plan running right on schedule and without an act of God, things won't be pretty.

BINGO...

This is probably the real reason why TPTB have always been the driving force behind them.

The whole thing is a cleverly designed ruse.

Not me.

If you are truly advocating something like this, you are not pitting yourself against some remote king in a foreign land who sends his armies to conquer you into submission. You're pitting yourself against your fellow citizens like me who will not tolerate such abysmal behavior. I'm 65 myself, and to see someone who saw the end of WW II act like this is just heartbreaking. You're old enough to know better yet you're acting like an emotional young kid who doesn't really understand that "fighting" means killing. And it doesn't mean killing some anonymous people out to intentionally do you harm. It means killing your neighbors because they disagree with you. And you know what? Your fellow neighbor is armed, so you might want to be careful about whom you are threatening.

And that's sick. But the thing is, you're inept. If you want to take up arms against your government, it's you who will be killed. So go ahead and bring it on. See where that kind of attitude gets you. I won;t say an early death because you're already close to your life expectancy, but it's too bad you choose to go out like this.

I agree the voting system is a big waste of time. They already have the stuff figured out way before the voting begins.
And top to bottom clean them out. I want big business out of Washington running these clown puppets. One speaker for each state a President and that's it with term limits and no vacations during the time you serve the people it cost way to much for the body guards.

It's not one rotten egg they are all spoiled and need tossed. Almost all laws need re-written and then we might be able to return to the Great country we could have been.

Once we accomplish that then the smaller agencies. IRS DOJ and all need to be revamped. Corruption runs deep.
So deep can it be fixed?

And anyone thinking it can just be down with protest have there heads so far (lets say in the sand rather then up somewhere). Just like the other countries ridding their unwanted governments it gets ugly and bloody. Yes the military will be used just like in those countries don't think we are any different. The police will turn on us and so will the military.

And then we need to find out what is really in area 51 and a few other hidden places. No secrets to those that foot the bills you could say.

So in this revolution the military is just going to go about its job and not join in? The more likely out come would be multiple groups gaining control of nukes and using them grab a chunk of the country for themselves. Everybody has a different idea on how to interpret the Constitution as it was made vague enough so the it would not become outdated and irrelevant early on. So you could have dozens of groups all fighting for their version of the constitution.

And if your 75 then you should be aware of when America had sedition laws, when you could be restricted from buy owening guns based on race, that could be denied the right to vote based on race, sex and wealth, that you could be arrested and placed in a camp based on your racial back ground, that you could be arrested and black balled for even knowing somebody who was a communist etc. etc. If Americans got though all that without a revolution why in the hell would start one now?

Revolution is not:

A revolt or rebellion, they are always put down

A coup d'état, which keeps the same social order with a different head

A new government policy, no group of people are smart enough to run an entire society.

Revolution is:

A fundamental change in the actions and expectations in the average person.

The revolution, as an observable fact, happens after the real changes in every individual's mind.

Jacques Barzun discusses this in chapter one of From Dawn to Decadence

Europe in 1500 saw the world much as we do now, everything stagnant and corrupted. The New World of the western hemisphere and the new outlook produced by science kept the ball rolling after the kick start of the Protestant Reformation. The Dawn and a real revolution.

The religion now is government. A Reformation of Government is the next revolution.

In 1500 the individual saw society as government and religion. The revolution assigned more power to government and less power was retained by the church. Now the individual sees government and the economy as the basis of society. More faith in human economic cooperation and less faith in physical and psychological coercion is the only way to a successful, natural, and hopefully bloodless, revolution.

We are due for a big one.

Crimes and lies of our government are clear to all with eyes to see.

I am 75 years old and I have 4 grandchildren, I read Mainstream and I read alternative world wide media.

Take it from an old timer, voting doesn't work. The presidential choice in US is made for the people. People just put a stamp on it by voting.

THE ONLY SOLUTION, IS US REVOLUTION

Government has to be completely replaced by new government, top to bottom, there is no picking and choosing.

Everyone in CIA and NSA needs to go home and new people brought in. Every officer in the Pentagon needs to be retired and new people brought in.

The Judges, SENT HOME IN A HURRY.

There should be no disbandment of CIA or the army, just completely replacing the top folks working there.

And of course the immediate business of new US government should be nationalizing Federal Reserve so that dollar no longer puts US into exponential debt.

WHO IS WITH ME ?

Hypothetically speaking, A long time acquaintance of mine shares the same sentiment; he divides his days between fantasizing rebellion against his government and composing his soon to be nationally broadcast call to arms; a message he is certain will at last incite the masses to stand up and free themselves from tyranny. After years of revisions and line edits his "kick off the revolution" speech has snowballed into a nine hundred page manifesto--a five pound loose leaf manuscript written in first person present tense driven by three-dimensional characters and juicy, engaging dialogue that advances the plot. Unbeknownst to my acquaintance, I slip into his office one morning and email the word file version of his manifesto to a major publishing house based in New York.

Six months later, just as he's preparing to push the "revolution" button with his broadcast, he opens an email from the aforementioned publisher. It contains line after line of praise for his prose, compares his writing to precedent giants of the genre, and offers a six figure advance for first worldwide publishing rights. Suddenly, after having stewed in his hatred of the government for years over what he considered its unjust oppression of his person, he no longer cares about mass social injustice or bombs dropping on the heads of foreign babies in the name of "freedom". A decade later my hypothetical acquaintance has thrice over achieved best seller status on all known literary scales, has won dozens of awards across literary genres, has completely forgotten about life outside of his several million dollar net worth bubble.

The sobering reality: it takes much, much less than a lucrative book deal to buy off the rest of us.
