snip: Last summer, Inder Comar, Esq. filed a lawsuit against the Bush Administration on behalf of Iraqi refugee plaintiff Sundus Shaker Saleh. It is a noble attempt to hold the Bush Administration accountable for war crimes and a case that Quiet Mike has been following from the beginning.
Earlier this year, the Department of Justice, who is defending the six Bush Administration officials, responded to the lawsuit by requesting that the case be dismissed. The Bush tribe is claiming that the planning of the war occurred within the scope of their employment and therefore they have immunity.
Rather than dismissing the case, the Judge asked for additional information. So Mr. Comar filed a 2nd amended complaint back in June.

Good, at some point we will see these war criminals brought to justice! This much is for certain, there is no way around it and if it does not happen in this lifetime, I shudder to imagine what these monsters future lives has in store for them!

Oh yeah, good luck with that. The judiciary lackeys will protect these type of criminals on both sides of the pond from any accountability so they're wasting their time. I give this a 0.000001% chance.

Must agree. Its sad that justice is not served with these criminals. Lets get to its roots before it grows too wild! It would lay the ground works for future criminals in this magnitude to sober up, or maybe have a presidential executive order exempting them. In any way it just leads to more clever and sophisticated psy-ops...

I do believe bush asked to go to war. He was given permission by both parties. He is no more guilty than they are.
