This was not a good example for me to listen in for the first time. I'm not hearing both sides.

I thought that I brought up the point that, while we are seeing sensationalism of some of these incidents, they do really happen. We distrust the police because there are instances that make us want to distrust them.

No, I am not a minority. I am a six foot tall Norwegian male. I am consistently pulled out of the line at TSA screening for "special attention", to the point that it has become something of a joke in the family. So I sympathize with your experiences.

Hopefully you'll give the show another shot and, as Beezzer says, if something sparks your attention, we'd love to have you call in.

I am certain my eyes were very close to popping out of my head. I'm still thoroughly discusted with the concept that instead of teaing the LEO to handle the community as we actually are, the community itself needs to change.

That is the same mentality that has police in our schools. Training the children to be future confidential informants. I can't even think of the actual title they use at this moment.

Lets be blunt. You watch television I don't you tell me how many Rx drugs are advertised for mental illness. If the community we have isn't perfect the LEO needs to be trained how to handle the community they actually support. I would have walked out on any community training that came from the view of your show.

Rather than staying neutral, I perceived the public was being blammed for being upset, or loud or using words the LEO didn't like.

I have 2 children with emotional disabilities. I can't tell you how many times I've heard I LOVE YOU screamed at me in the meanest voice you could think to hear those words. It makes me that knows, laugh and ask if they are certain.

If that can't be correctly conveyed, how well do you think an interaction with LEO that don't recognize what their are dealing with would go? Yes, we are working on this but, it will never fully go away.

It's great to feel the love you guys and the welcome is appreciated.

Alas, this old lady is finally going to have to do something about my phone. A few to many accidental dips in the river has finally done it in.

Am I crazy for thinking for a sec a 6 hour show sounds great.

Honestly Beezer, we do fall on opposite sides of the political spectrum generally speaking but I do find that we do have similar views more often than not.

And your Beezer sense of humor is top notch.

Bummed that next week will be a no show for the show.
