This was not just a simple injury.

Everyone likes to complain why did they not release this the first day...it takes time to get everything in, reports compared and you damn sure dont want to release wrong info or you get crucified.

Well I ask, why did the rioters and looters react before they knew anything at all...knew jerk reactions usually make you regret it later. People ran with rumors of a young teen with his hands raised asking for mercy "please dont shoot". They didnt care, they just wanted to steal and loot. Those that took to the streets to protest ONLY at least cared about the death.

It takes time to get everything in? B.S. not when the city is erupting around you to the point of the national guard coming in. You get the real story out quick.

No you get the full story before you go putting it out there. You see the rioters and looters did not wait at all, they went with rumors and reacted. That turned out well didnt it...

People have been running with false stories and rumors since the get go and most of it has turned out , well wrong and other facts keep coming out to show all of the stories that started this mess was incorrect.

You can call it conspiracy all you want, but if you have police reports, hospital records, autopsy ,video of a robbery and several witnesses that back up the cops side of things. All you have on the other side is a few people saying the cop just shot him and a couple of the ones from the beginning are out the window because they said he was shot in the back, which we now know is false.

I know people are going to not like it, but sometimes bad guys pay the price, sadly with their lives at times.

There is still lots of info we dont have, but things are not looking good for the Brown supporters at all.

To me it's a question of evidence. We go with whatever the evidence says.

However, in this case:

1. A "police report" regarding the events in the street could only have been prepared by Officer Wilson. Therefore, considering that he is compromised by personal involvement, the sanctity of a "police report" as evidence is questionable here.

2. Hospital records ... where, could a link be provided? Because all I've seen are the propaganda pieces branching out through the right-wing blog-sphere from "Conservative Tree House"? This would be the same article that alleges un-confirmed sources and not to mention an x-ray that was NOT Officer Wilson's, yet, did not make it clear that was only an example? Sorry "example" ....

3. The autopsies conducted do nothing to prove anything except that Michael Brown was shot six times, twice in the head.

4. Video of a robbery ... that the Police Chief has said Officer Wilson was UNAWARE OF at the time of the shooting.

5. Several witnesses that back up the cop's story ... who are these, please? Are we talking about "Josie" the friend of the wife of Officer Wilson? Yeah, no.

More REAL evidence is being released each day. We are far away yet from a conclusion.

A police report is very important, this will be combed over heavily.

He went to the hospital, so there is a record. They have not and will not show to the public unless it goes to trial.

The autopsies only have to line up with what Wilson says, if they can be shown to be closer to what he says than what a bystander on the other side says it will be again very important and so far looks to be pretty dang close to what he says happened.

The video of Brown robbing a store 10min before this happened is part of the story, I know many of you wish it wasnt, but it is and its a huge strike against Brown

Yes there are witnesses, just because you do not know who they are and they are not releasing any of their info doesnt mean a whole lot..

Some of you seem to have the idea that they are required to show and tell every bit of evidence to you guys now. They dont owe you a thing, and will not show it till its time. Thats the way it is and most important info has always been kept quiet in big cases. They dont have to release one more bit of information at all to the public until the grand jury has their say.

Can we stop with the vague phrase "badly beaten" please? Let's be specific...for sure he was punched in the face/head once. Maybe there were other blows landed - maybe not. But the officer wasn't left beaten and helpless to the ground as the phrase "badly beaten" suggests.

Also has anyone factored in that the officer may have been temporarily partially blinded or dazed/unable to think straight during the actually shooting? Even if Brown wasn't bull charging him maybe it seemed as though he was to the officer? I think these possibilities should be considered.
