It's centered around the New Mexico scare, but the statement just struck me as odd.....

Didn't see this in particular statement posted anywhere. Am I the only one who finds this a bit strange? How do you not know the whereabouts of 17 patients?

The 17 people left the clinic because they didn`t want to be there,basically they were being held against their will.
obviously they didn`t think that they were sick or needed treatment so they left.

They fled the quarantine zone but now it's being reported that all 17 have been found.
