CNN Reports Account From Darren Willson's Side On Brown Shooting Is Accurate

CNN just reported that a credible source close to the investigation is saying that the person who called into the radio station to give the police officers side of the story is accurate to what officer Wilson has stated.

For reference, here is the caller into the radio.




Highlights
- Brown punched Wilson in the face
- Brown initially fled, then stopped and turned around, told Wilson that he wouldn't shoot him and then rushed him
- Wilson didn't start shooting until Brown started to rush him.
- This was from 3 days ago and the caller correctly predicted that the autopsy results would prove that Brown wasn't show in the back.


Please note, this doesn't mean this is exactly what happened, all this does is confirm that this is Darren Wilson's version of the story.

"People" will say the "call in" was staged as well.

But I bet it ends up being true and accurate.

I still see no reason to shoot him in the head, a wound would have sufficed.

The kid was a thug. I'm not saying he should have been shot six times but he was a big boy. (i wasn't there.)

If you break the law by roughing up the neighborhood store clerk and fighting with a police officer things are going to end badly.

Okay, so this thread is about one of the Officer's alleged (because we don't even know that for sure..) friend's second-hand account to a radio show of what the Officer "claims" happened?

It means *nothing* - no more than the videos produced by either side. Wait, I take that back, it means everyone is being manipulated equally by both factions.

Please, we should wait for the final investigative report. No more violence, no more conjecture.

No, this thread is about CNN saying they have confirmed through a credible source close to the investigation that the account given on the radio matches the account that Wilson has given to the investigation.

That is all that this thread is about...that now we have two sides of the story instead of one. Not that this account is the absolute truth, but that it is the other side of the story.

Too much movie and TV time, and not enough knowledge of the subject.


A head shot was more than likely an unintentional hit.

No PD trains their patrol officers to shoot for the head.....or shoot to wound.

It is center mass.

This account should not be taken as truth...but it IS part of the story now...just as much as Dorian Johnson's story, just as much as the video of the robbery, just as much as the recently released autopsy.

Exactly people who are trained are trained to aim at the torso.

There is an old saying...'aim small - miss small'.

You never aim for the leg, arm, head, etc. (unless you're a sniper.)
