French Police Lose Explosives at Airport

In an AP news report French Police were conducting tests for their bomb sniffing dogs at the Paris airport - they decided to plant 5 oz's of plastic explosives in a passenger's suitcase (without the passenger knowing) and expected the dog to find the explosive.
Well the dog did not find the explosive, the police lost track of which suitcase it was in on a conveyer belt and now some unwary traveller has 5 oz's of C-4 plastics in their suitcase.

Three cheers for our competent warriors on terror in France...

The same thing happened in Canada a few of months ago.
You'd think they'd be a little more careful.
