a reply to: Gryphon66 What you really mean is you can't handle the truth, you can't refute the logic.

You are once again dishonest, you said, and I quote "As to being Michael Brown being shot for jay-walking, I didn't say it Abe ... the Ferguson Police Chief did. "

You show me that quote where the Ferguson Police chief says " Michael Brown was shot for jaywalking" and I will personally send you a certified check for $1,000.00.

If you are unable to do so, please stop with the outright lies and disinformation, thanks. Have a nice day.

I can't handle the truth? Maybe "Jack" was the right tag for you after all.

You're being specious and needlessly semantic. Dr. Baden conducted an autopsy and presented his conclusive findings. It's only "preliminary" because he is not the coroner and there will be more autopsies done. "Conclusive" means the a summary report of what was found by a particular investigator at a particular time.

You're really really desperate here, Jack/Abe ... perhaps it's you that can't handle the truth?

Officer Wilson shot an unarmed man and according to the Police Chief of Ferguson, the only crime the officer was aware of at the time of the shooting was jay-walking.

Do you want to nit-pick that statement as well? Do you want to change "shot" with "applied bullets with extreme prejudice" or maybe replace "unarmed" with "obvious martial arts specialist" to make your case? Maybe you'd like "jay-walking" to be changed to "surging down the street in a dominating and uppity manner"?

Pathetic.

No follow up to show the proof of what this guy is claiming via FB?

The cop has told his family and friends the following -

1) After initial contact with the teens about getting out of the street he pulled over to the side of the street, then claims he heard on Police radio about the robbery and description matched teens.
2)Officer claimed teens ran after initial struggle/discharge of officers gun inside squad car. He then says teens stopped, turned around, and talked # to him. At that point M Brown charged him, officer fired multiple rounds, with first few impacts on M Brown' s arms. Then as M Brown continued to charge the officer despite being struck 4 times, the officer then fired 2 head shots dropping M Brown just a few feet short of the officer. Officer also thinks M Brown was most likely intoxicated in some form.

How long has this info been available?

Actually that's been one of the unspoken silver linings of this whole thing, good catch. Not one of the protesters/rioters/looters/ has missed a single day of work. However sources have indicated that possibly not a single one of them has a job, but that's just a rumor.

Let's focus on the positives. All these gangsters have come together in brotherhood, harmony, in concert,.......to burn Ferguson to the ground.

But let's focus on the positives! Enough with the negativity!!!!! For once in their lives they're building something, creating something, dreaming, manifesting success,....... By destroying legitimate business peoples livelihoods,....oops, I mean creating peace through shared deconstruction of the negativity surrounding the young black mans experience.

Try to keep up with what's going on, in today's make-believe world. Everything is staged.

Horse turds. The looters are on camera, track them down. I think you will find they are just poor people exploiting an opportunity to get something for free. Not much more than that. Not everyone there is altruistic to the point that they stop becoming the low class criminals that they were before this all started. You have a mixture of people. Most are well meaning people. A small minority are open to whatever they can get away with.

So, the Officer's testimony is the absolute truth, and multiple testimonies from multiple witnesses that contradict that testimony are all lies?

You can get back to me when Wilson is charged with Manslaughter or Murder 2 and apologize.

Oh, and were you really bragging about putting someone in a coma above? Nice.

But then we have a new video and witness. She makes no mention of M Brown charging the officer but does describe a struggle at the car.

It is worth noting that this version is reinforced by an eye witness account heard in one of the videos that were taken just after Michael Brown was shot.

In the video you can hear most of the crowd saying they didn't witness the actual shooting but repeating the line that the cop shot him with his hands in the air.

People really need to wait until the facts are all presented before rushing to judgement as each new discovery seems to bolster the police account of the shooting.

Why does he need to be charged? The more evidence that comes out the more it looks like this was a clean shooting.Of course that's just my preliminary analysis.

As far as ignoring eyewitnesses you're the one ignoring the eyewitness testimony of the struggle in the cop car, which was never really in any doubt.

The narrative told by the cop fits all the evidence presented, even answers your early question about why he was shot in the arm so many times. people are always saying "why didn't the cop just shoot so and so in the leg?"
Seems like the officer tried 4 times to take the non lethal shot.

In legal terms the rest that follows is hearsay not admissible as evidence or as testimony .

I will wait for testimony from his mouth under the penalty of law .

personal and professional dealings with Law enforcement they range from as truthful and pious as a saint to lying mean and wicked as a mafioso . But 90% cover each others backside right or wrong.

Interesting. Wonder why the cop wouldn't just taze him?

No doubt thwir are some people that take advantage, but don't brush off agent provacatuers. They are very common at these types of demonstrations as they have been outed dozens of times. Od bet my last dollar there are plainclothes cops whipping up frenzies.

Either people are still sleeping, they don't want to accept the truth, or they are one of the agent provocateurs. Reading some of these posts, is like watching Zimmerman 2.0. All the excuses to justify what's wrong. Sad, sad world we live in. Humanity is coming to an end.

Well.. I disagree with you somewhat. Zimmerman was absolutely justified in shooting Trayvon. Trayvon had ample time to go home, but instead he waited on Zimmerman to pass back by, sucker punched him, and then began to beat him. A neighbor interrupted them and Trayvon continued to beat him and told him he was going to die. Trayvon was taller and in much better shape (and a football player so he had lots of time to run home - dying only a few yards from his door - after he lost Zimmerman - if you didn't now Zimmerman had given up looking and was walking back to his truck when he was attacked) If the neighbor didn't scare him off, he wasn't going to stop. Plus he was likely tripping as he had been tripping on robotussin regularly (he had liver damage). So shooting Trayvon was justified.

In this case, you had another teen who was up to no good and may have messed with the cop, but the cop was at his car and armed and the kid was unarmed and on foot so the cop had tons of options. This shooting was unjustified.
