(CNN) -- The second autopsy of Ferguson, Missouri, teenager Michael Brown did not suggest that Brown had engaged in a struggle, said Dr. Michael Baden, the former chief medical examiner for New York City who was involved in the independent autopsy, which Brown's family requested. St. Louis County police have said the teenager reached into a police officer's car and tried to grab the officer's weapon, and a struggle ensued.

Wait for the gun residue results on the clothing. Better watch the chain of custody of the evidence on this one.
