(CNN) -- The second autopsy of Ferguson, Missouri, teenager Michael Brown did not suggest that Brown had engaged in a struggle, said Dr. Michael Baden, the former chief medical examiner for New York City who was involved in the independent autopsy, which Brown's family requested. St. Louis County police have said the teenager reached into a police officer's car and tried to grab the officer's weapon, and a struggle ensued.

No signs of a struggle. The boy wasn't shot in the cop car. Seems like the official story is falling apart.

The info on the case is so mixed up right now I have trouble making heads or tails of it. One day it's one thing the next it's another.

Wait for the gun residue results on the clothing. Better watch the chain of custody of the evidence on this one.

The number of shots fired indicate some real concern the officer was having about his personal safety. This guy just manhandled someone at the jiffy mart and then moments later tries to manhandle an armed man. Sounds like an off the hook walking time bomb.

I really don't think there will be much residue on the t-shirt one way or another. It looks like maybe only one or two of the entrance wounds were to part of the body covered by clothing.
