Whats your experience with Malaria Medicine?

Have you experience with the anti Malaria medicine stuff? I�ve read some articles about, that you get depressions and all your bowels strike, get a feeling that they insults about that medicine


well it is only prophylaxis available..
for example:
Chloroquin
Doxycyclin
Mefloquin
Proguanil

whats your experience? gimme respond

It gives you a massive headache for the first few hours after you take it, but it slowly subsides. The stuff I had to take was one pill a week. Dunno what it was called - that was back in 1987.

Plaquenil.........
took it for Rhuematoid arthritis.....

It made my eyes hurt.


stopped taking it.

yes, thanks..well I heard a lot of "horror-storys" about that..okay 1987, this a long time ago, hope the malaria med. stuff is now improved a bit


a friend of mine taked a trip through thailand, malaysia, indonesia without the malaria prophylaxis, whats your opinion about that one? He only says: When you think careful and rational and project your intentions well ...this could save your live (and save money as well, okay this is not really the point)

This Malaria Prophylaxis I knew: you have to take a pill once a day! and 10 pills are the content cost summa sumarum 60 Euro thats about 80 US Dollar!
