Someone on a feed was told that they were going house to house in an area but I haven't seen it confirmed. At the very least, they are locking down the area.

MSNBC is also showing the same feed. About 10 minutes ago, it looked like the police pulled out a bottle with some rags or something hanging out of it.

The time stamp on Fox was wrong though - is IT live? I think ALL press was ordered out about 20 or 30 minutes ago. CNN says live now.
