State of Emergency Declared in Ferguson - Curfew from 12 am to 5am - Now National Guard

Some protestors are refusing to leave CNN reporting also.

FTR, the reporter on the camera with the I am Mike Brown feed just said the State Police told media if they are outside the yellow lines when "This Starts", they will go to jail.

"This" is the question of the moment. What is that?

I'm running way behind in this thread...but I can answer your question. In situations like this when the "professionals'" arrive it takes a very strong local leader to overcome their quest to "take over" the situation with their pre-planned agenda complete with merch and slogans. They have the time to go about contacting every media outlet to let them know they are present. The locals are usually too busy actually dealing with the situation and let them have their way.

As to an earlier question of the curfew being un-Constitutional, I was told by a Constitutional lawyer that once a State of Emergency is declared, certain Constitutional rights can be set aside until the emergency no longer exists. If the measures taken under the declaration of emergency don't bring about the desired results, the next step is martial law and complete shut-down.
I pray it doesn't come to that.

They need more people willing to go to jail. Break the system. Over extend the lock up area.
